Our current schedule for the project is as follows:
- Mortgage closing on/before Dec 10
- Submit Plans to City for Permit before Nov 18
- Finalize Guaranteed Max Price (about $1.6M—including soft costs and contingency) before Dec 28
- Begin Clearing and Grading on/before Nov 5
- Bishop Blessing/Groundbreaking Nov 1
- Permit approval Expected on or before Dec 25
- Certificate of Occupancy Sept 2010
