New Temple Construction Update
“Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it.” Psalm 127v1

Open Letter Concerning Project Financing
By the grace of God and the generosity of the All Saints Parishioners we have been able to make significant progress towards the construction of our new Temple and Education Wing (see slide show below).
Our Objectives have been to have a facility with:
- a nave to seat 300 people,
- an enlarged Sanctuary and Solea,
- a Byzantine appearance,
- 6 or more individual classrooms,
- additional bathroom facilities,
- an enlarged kitchen and parish hall
- a financial indebtedness that we can reasonably handle without stress and without decreasing our parish worship life and ministry to people.
During 2009 we decided to utilize a Team Build approach and selected Polycon to be our Construction Manager and Maurer Architecture to be our design team. Creative efforts by all involved parties have yielded a viable project, which sacrifices none of our critical objectives, at a cost of we can afford.
We thank the Parishioners and friends of All Saints for their prayers and enthusiasm and their ongoing, generous financial support which has allowed us to secure the required mortgage and move ahead with the project. With God’s guidance we will have our new temple within the year.
