All Saints Orthodox Church

In order to best service coffee hour in our parish, we have divided all of our families into 8 teams. These teams consist of several families that work together on their assigned weeks to serve coffee hour to the parishioners and guests. Thank each of you in advance for being faithful to serve others in this capacity. Below is a list of the things that each coffee hour team is responsible for on their week.

Please not that, if you are unable to serve on your assigned Sunday, it is imperative that you switch with another family from another team. You may do this in person or on our All Saints email list. If you are not a member of the All Saints email list, please see Deacon David for information on how you can join.

These are the responsibilities for each person on the coffee hour team:

1. Help your team set up for coffee hour in the parish hall between church school and liturgy.
2. Bring one dish that feeds 120 people (this means at least 120 pieces of whatever you have brought, as most people take at least one of each item on the coffee hour table).
3. Bring 2 drinks (2 liter or large juice).
4. Please help clean up after coffee hour! Please do not leave until everything is done. (This includes checking the narthex and cry room for trash)
5. Clean off picnic tables if weather permits eating outside.
6. When bringing in your dish, please observe the fasting rules. Unless otherwise noted, fasting means: no meat, dairy, olive oil or wine.

Please remember that Jesse Pelikan makes our coffee each week, but it is your team’s responsibility to make sure the pots are cleaned at the end of the coffee hour.
